I burned out my intense fear and hatred of them a couple years back. I'll take out small ones that'll sit more or less still, but if it's bigger than a quarter and/or moving too fast (especially at me), it gets the fly swatter however many times it takes until its only movement is the death-twitch of its legs. If I saw it and then it's gone, I start spazzing out. If it's outside, I really don't care and they can be kinda fascinating. So, I guess basic rules, big+fast+in the house, dead; small+slowish+in the house, be free outside; on me, thrown off; outside, hey there, having fun eating the mosquitoes?
